But fashion photography isn’t just glitz and glamour; there is technique behind the gorgeous images. The photographer’s skill is as important as good-looking models to produce captivating photographs.

The workshop is designed as a comprehensive step-by-step study of the art of portrait and fashion photography. The aim of the workshop is to teach the fundamentals of handling modeling assignments, photo assignments and portfolios to commercial photographers, studio owners, model portfolio makers and even wedding photographers.

The workshop will give you hands-on practice in how to direct a photo shoot with the help of guidelines from our instructors who have years of experience under their belt. From how to position hands to what direction the eyes should look, our workshop teaches you how to direct models in working with you to produce the desired results. Lighting is the key element in fashion photography and our own studios will become your playground as you experiment with creative lighting set ups and props.

We will help you discover the best ways to make use of Photoshop and how and when to use retouching. Our workshop will introduce you to the exact tools that every fashion photographer needs to keep in his arsenal.
