Send us sample images only after you have read the Contract and the FAQs.

You can send us images by the following methods:

1. Send us a link of your website, blog or any other website where you have uploaded your images
2. Upload a compressed zip folder of your images to www.mediafire.com and send us the download link.
3. Send us the pictures by email at photographers@photoindia.com
4. Send us a CD/DVD of your pictures at our postal address

The salient points of our contract with photographers:

• There is no joining fee to start selling your images through PhotoIndia.com as a contributor.
• You get 50% revenues on any sale made by PhotoIndia.com and 35% revenues on any sale of images by any third party website or through any other photo-library we have tie-ups with.
• The contract is non-exclusive.
• Initial contract term is 5 years.
• You retain all copyright of your images.
• Payments are made within 90 days from the date the Agency receives payment from the client.
