We encourage our contributing photographers to submit high-quality photos which have a potential to interest photo-buyers. These guidelines have been compiled to ensure that your submissions meet our quality standards.

All submissions are screened and we reserve the right to remove any photo that in our discretion does not meet the required standards, or violates any of the restrictions. If a photo is removed, please accept the decision of the editors as final, the photograph has probably not met the selection criteria.  Our editors screen hundreds of photos each day and know what standards we look for.

The important points of our contract with photographers:

• There is no joining fee to start selling your images through PhotoIndia.com as a contributor.
• You get 50% revenues on any sale made by PhotoIndia.com and 35% revenues on any sale of images by any third party website or through any other photo-library we have tie-ups with.
• The contract is non-exclusive.
• Initial contract term is 5 years.
• You retain all copyright of your images.
• Payments are made within 90 days from the date the Agency receives payment from the client.
