There is no cost to join our gallery, we share 50% revenues on any sale made by PhotoIndia.com (you receive 50%). And you make 35% revenues on any sale of images by any third party website or through any international Image library we have tie ups with.
We encourage our contributing photographers to submit high quality professional level photos, which have high potential to interest photo buyers. We compiled these guidelines to help you ensure your submissions possess the expected degree of standards.
Remember, all submissions are screened and we reserve the right to remove any photo that in our discretion, does not hold the required degree of standards, or violates any of the restrictions. If a photo you submit is removed, please accept the decisions of the photo editors - they have to go through hundreds of photos each day and their decisions are final. The salient points of our contract with photographers:
Photoindia.com contributors get:
- 50% revenues on any sale made by PhotoIndia.com
- 35% revenues on any sale of images by any third party website or through any international Image library we have tie-ups with
- A non-exclusive 5 yr contract.
- You retain all copyright of your images.
- You get a dedicated help line for photographers and we keep you abreast with the market demand for images.
- Payments made within 90 days from the date the Agency receives payment from the client.
